Sovereignty

The Grand Lodge has full sovereignty over the Lodges within the scope of its Obedience, exercised through its bodies
representatives, generically called Authorities.

The Grand Lodge has full authority over the first three Degrees of Universal Freemasonry, granting members the virtue of its absolute powers. It does not share its Authority with any other Masonic Power.
No other group or person can exercise sovereignty in its name.

Art.4 Territoriality
The Grand Lodge is composed of Lodges organized at the state, regional and local levels, the geographical territorial jurisdiction where the Lodges activate is called the East.

The organization and functioning, as well as the statute of the Lodges, are regulated by the General Regulations.

At the level of each East, multiple Lodges can be established and function.

From an administrative point of view, on the territory of each nation where the presence of the Grand Lodge Jurisdiction exists, the Lodges can be coordinated and represented by a District Grand Master, appointed by the Grand Master with the approval of the Council of Wise Men. the prerogatives, mandate and powers of the District Grand Master are regulated by the General Regulations.
